This place is really fun and well decorated. The balcony was great and the owner lent us her parking card for $20. We were able to park in the garage next door and walk everywhere.
After looking at high priced Savannah hotels, we decided to look at VRBO for an affordable, conveniently located rental in the Historic District. This one fit the bill perfectly, being centrally located within walking distance of the riverfront and all of the historic houses, restaurants and shops! Although an older building, the one bedroom unit was nicely updated and furnished with a large kitchen and living room. This third floor unit (no elevator!) was quiet and had a nice balcony down the hall for sitting first thing in the morning or evening(too hot during the day!). A parking garage is located on the next block so we were able to get a 72-hour visitor pass and leave our car there for the duration (very convenient!). Liberty was very helpful with questions and had very helpful suggestions...thanks!
What a lovely condo! The decor is adorable and it has everything you could possibly need for a fun stay in the historic district. The building is quiet and secure. The unit itself is super clean and comfortable. We had a little plumbing issue and someone was there within 10 minutes and fixed it right away. We couldn't be happier with our choice and can't wait to get back there for our next visit! The location couldn't be better! We walked to River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, Broughton Street, etc. We parked the car in the parking garage and only moved it to go to Tybee Island for the day.
My husband and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary in Savannah and stayed in this condo. The location was MAGNIFICENT! We walked everywhere we went. The condo was also very nice and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was as it was described on the website except for the balcony. The balcony is actually located down the hallway but it was still very nice to relax on and had a beautiful view. The climb up to the 3rd floor was exhausting at times, but the location and low prices were my favorite thing about this condo. I would definitely stay here again! While you're in Savannah, stop by Sweet Water Spa right around the corner and treat yourself to the most amazing massage ever! And don't forget dinner at the 17hundred90 Inn a block away!
Super clean, comfortable and you can't beat the location! It's located on one of my favorite squares in Savannah: Oglethorpe Square. You are in the center of everything and you are also skip away from the shops and restaurants on Broughton. I highly recommend this vacation rental.
